Safeguarding Leaders with Directors & Officers Coverage

D&O coverage protects the covered parties of the Member for loss for which they and the Authority become legally obligated to pay because of a wrongful act to which the coverage applies. Defense costs and indemnity costs are provided, subject to limits.
