MHAPCI provides replacement cost property protection for Member Housing Authority
buildings, contents, and structures through its property coverage program.
Coverage is provided to Members for the Housing Authority’s interest in covered property. The coverage applies to both real and personal property, including the personal property of others subject to the terms and conditions of the Scope of Coverage Document. The Perils covered under the Scope are for all risks of direct physical loss or damage, subject to the exclusions contained in the Scope, such as for flood.
