Optional Employment Practices Liability Coverage is available under the MHAPCI Scope of Coverage document for defense and indemnity in connection with employment practices liability exposures. Claims alleging wrongful dismissal, discharge, termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and defamation, all have the potential for being an employment practices liability exposure.
