All-Risk Property

MHAPCI’s property program provides coverage to Member buildings, site improvements, and Member-owned contents at replacement cost.

Automobile Coverage

MHAPCI’s optional auto program protects Members from losses related to Member-owned vehicles.

General Liability

MHAPCI’s liability program protects Members from financial loss resulting from third-party claims associated with alleged personal or bodily injury, or property damage.

Employment Practices Liability

MHAPCI’s optional coverage protects Members and their employees and commissioners from claims arising from alleged or actual wrongful employment practices such as discrimination, termination, and sexual harassment.

Directors and Officers Liability

MHAPCI’s optional coverage protects Members, commissioners, and their employees from liability arising from the official, non-arbitrary decisions they make on behalf of the Authority.
